Overview
PTS came to NXRD with a clear ambition. The reputation was strong, the client roster was serious, and the delivery was world class. The brand and the digital presence, however, no longer reflected the standing of the business. The identity felt dated, the marketing was inconsistent, and the website did little to communicate the depth of expertise behind the name.
NXRD delivered a full transformation across brand, strategy, and execution. This was not a cosmetic refresh. It was a ground up rebuild of how PTS looks, sounds, and shows up in the market, backed by an ongoing consultancy relationship that turned marketing from an afterthought into a commercial driver.
PTS faced a familiar problem for a mature, credible business. The offer had evolved over years, but the brand had not kept pace. Prospects arriving through referral or reputation were met with a digital experience that undersold the quality of the work. Marketing activity happened in bursts rather than as a coherent programme, and there was no single strategic thread connecting the website, the content, and the sales conversations.
The brief was broad by design. PTS wanted a partner who could handle the identity, the guidelines, the assets, the campaigns, and the platform, while also providing the strategic direction and accountability to make it all pull in the same direction.
Total rebrand
NXRD rebuilt the PTS identity from the foundations up. This covered the visual language, the tone of voice, and the way the brand carries itself across every touchpoint. The result is an identity that reads as premium and considered, matching the calibre of the consultancy it represents.
Marketing material
We designed and produced a suite of marketing assets built on the new identity. Every piece was created to work as part of a system rather than a one off, giving PTS a professional, joined up presence across the formats their sales and delivery teams rely on.
Brand guidelines
To protect the rebrand and make it usable day to day, we produced a complete set of brand guidelines. These give the PTS team and any future partners a single reference for typography, colour, logo usage, imagery, and voice, so the brand stays consistent whether it appears on a proposal, a slide deck, or a social post.
Digital strategy
Underpinning the build was a digital strategy that defined how PTS should position itself, which audiences to prioritise, and how the website, content, and campaigns should work together to generate and nurture demand. The strategy gave every activity a reason to exist and a commercial outcome to point at.
Email marketing campaigns
NXRD planned and produced email marketing campaigns designed to keep PTS front of mind with existing contacts and to warm new audiences. Each campaign was built to support the wider strategy rather than sit in isolation, with messaging and design carried straight through from the rebrand.
Website rebuild
NXRD rebuilt the PTS website in full. The new site was constructed with a custom component system covering the service pages, sector pages, case studies, and team directory. Highlights included a liquid glass visual treatment across the service and sector pages, case study layouts with facts strips and outcomes blocks, capability grids, testimonial components, a searchable and filterable team directory, an ESG people and culture section, a global offices map, and a careers area.
We managed the entire journey from staging to launch, including a full audit of URLs and a controlled migration to the live domain, so the switch went live cleanly with the structure and search equity protected.
We rebuilt the PTS presence on LinkedIn, aligning the profile, positioning, and content approach with the new brand. This turned the channel into a consistent platform for building authority and reaching decision makers in the sectors that matter most to the business.
The engagement worked because strategy and execution were never separated. NXRD set the direction and then built the thing, which meant the brand, the website, the campaigns, and the content all shared the same logic. There were no handoffs where intent got lost between agencies. One team held the whole picture, from the first strategic decision to the final line of copy on the live site.
That end to end model gave PTS speed and coherence. Decisions could be made and delivered quickly, and every asset reinforced the same positioning.
